Adult Fellowship
Men's Fellowship Coffee and Conversation meet once a month to discuss various current events topics. This group meets in Nelson Hall Room 101 at 10 am every third Sunday of the month.
Women's Fellowship strives to promote fellowship among the women of the Church, by working and serving together in various Church and community outreach projects. All women of the Church are automatically members. There are no dues or pledges, but we have found a way to raise funds to support our general mission. Our annual Bazaar in November fills McSpadden Hall with various sale items, such as jewlery, art, house wear and decor, clothing, etc., and serves as an important vehicle to bring together all the members of the Church, including men as well as women. After collecting proceeds from the Bazaar, the Women's Fellowship Committee presents their annual pledge to the Church. Women's Fellowship funds have helped pay for the new Sanctuary organ, contributed to the "Complete the Dream" program, and supported many other Church and mission projects in the community and around the world.
The Monday Morning Workshop is a group of women who meet every Monday from 9:30 am - 11:30 am to make items to sell at the Bazaar. They also have coffee and lunch together before they leave. On the first Monday of the month, the women go out to lunch.
The Perky Patchers are a group of women who meet every Friday morning at 9:30 am in the White house and also work all year making quilts and many other crafts for the Bazaar. They also have lunch together. Again, all women's fellowship groups are open to all women of the Church.
Women's Fellowship Luncheons take place four times during the season. All NUCC women are invited to these luncheons on Monday, October 25th; Monday, December 13th; Monday, February 14; and Mondy, April 11th. This lunch serves to provide members and friends with an opportunity to share a potluck lunch together, while getting better acquainted.
Middlers is "a Naples state of mind" for people who would like to socialize off the NUCC campus. All members and friends of NUCC are invited to attend Middler events, which take place at restaurants, country clubs, dinner theaters, private homes, and even aboard local sunset cruise ships.
Wednesdsay Nite Live is a dinner that features a different theme and form of entertainment for each event. Sometimes potluck, sometimes catered, WNL dinners occur throughout the season, October though May. All members, friends, and youth and families are invited to attend.
Single Seniors Fellowship Luncheon gives single seniors the opportunity to meet other single seniors for a group lunch once a month after Sunday morning services.
NUCC Golf outings take place at various golf courses.
