Our Choirs

Sanctuary Choir

The music ministry seeks and encourages talent within the congregation. The 75-voice Sanctuary Choir, which rehearses Wednesday evenings for two hours, provides the best music possible for all of the Sunday morning services. They also provide special music during the Advent/Christmas season and during the Lenten/Easter season. Joining our Adult Hand Bell Choir is another way to participate in the Naples United Church of Christ music program.

Children’s Choir

The children’s choir at Naples United Church of Christ meets every Wednesday afternoon as an integral part of the Junior Disciples program. Children’s Choir, under the direction of Dr. Becky Weese, is designed to awaken the awareness and enjoyment of music for each child. Basic concepts of music are taught through musical activities and songs. The children’s choir sings for worship several times during the church year.

Please note: Parents are encouraged to bring their child at 8:30 a.m. to sing at the 9:00 a.m. service. The children sing again at 11:00 am. (early in the service). Parents are then asked to greet their child at 11:15 a.m.
