Heart Disease & Stroke Prevention Insight -Aging Well Series

In its 8th year, the Aging Well Series shares valuable insights relating to getting older gracefully. Each 90-minute session consists of a presentation with a Q&A period following. In partnership with NCH, a panel of experts from the fields of cardiology, neurology, and nutrition will share an understanding of the leading cause of death - Heart Disease - and stroke prevention.  They will present lifesaving insights into the prevention, early detection, and recovery from heart disease.
