Our Planet – Coastal Seas

The Environment subcommittee presents a showing of "Our Plant - Coastal Seas", a 50-minute documentary featuring Sir David Attenborough, a conservationist and biologist, who narrates this fascinating documentary sharing our planet's natural beauty. Coastal seas count for 7% of our ocean, yet they are responsible for 95% of the world's marine production. Despite their importance to humanity, few are protected. Yet wherever effective protection exists, life bounces back and wildlife will thrive. Protecting these habitats is a battle the human race must win.
