About The Event
Beginning its fourth season, the Walk and Wonder group is for any member or friend of Naples UCC who enjoys walking and deepening their connection to others through prayer and encouraging conversation. Walking is a spiritual practice that increases our awareness of the natural world and provides replenishment of the soul.
During the upcoming season, the group will walk on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday from October 23 to May 28, except for Christmas Day. Please refer to the Sunday bulletin for dates, locations and further details.
Each walk begins at 8:30 am and concludes no later than 10:00.
Our time together includes a morning prayer, an opportunity to share prayer requests, a short devotional and a closing blessing.
Enjoy walks along the Pelican Bay Berm, Seagate Beach, Freedom Park, the Gordon River Greenway and Baker Park. Walkers of all paces and skill levels are welcome!
